DID NOT SIGN UP! BUT UNDER REVIEW

Good Day,<br> <br> I am very irritate right now.... I did not sign up to be under Debt Review..... I spoke to Sabastian the consultant who first called me about being under debt review on 01 April. He said in order for me to be signed up I would need to sign documentation which will be sent to me by the Portfolio Manager. The very next day 02 April 2015, I called Sabastian back and informed him that I was not interested.... and that nothing should be processed, due to me not signing any documentation. He also informed me that I will not be put under debt review, because it was just a telephonic conversation and because I did not sign anything....<br> <br> A few days later Shanice called me and stated she was my Porfolio Manager.... once again I informed her that I was not interested and that I did speak to Sebastian... Shanice also assured me that I will not be put under debt review and that my account will not be debited...<br> <br> TODAY, 17 April, I called Foschini to enquire about the balance on my account and they informed me that I was put under debt review on the 13th April..... So how can I be under debt review if I did not sign up for it?
