Debt review

I Apply for debt review about 5 years ago and pay siyaya every month but my debt just increase , i call them and cancel my debt review with them . but after 4 years it still show on my credit score that i am on debt review and thy promise to clear it on my credit score . i cant do nothing to buy a car or anything. its not just me its the same with my wife name also . they just make money out of people and don't care about you name on credit score.
