Dentist appointment

I called the Razor Rite last week to make a booking to see the Dentist, i was given a date of 30 September 2015 @ 15h30. On the day my son went and only to be told that he was not booked. I am irritated by this type of treatment as I couldnt have sent my son to go without making an appointment as i understand dentists dont work on walk ins. The worst part, nobody bothered to apologise for that, they made my son sit there, only after 30minutes they told him he doesnt have a booking. What kind of service is that really ?
