Faulty Kettles were sold to us

<p>We bought 24 Kettles to resell as we were told it was demo model kettles, we got the kettles and delivered them to our customer which they werent happy and returned it to us, we then seen the condition of the kettles were in a bad state and some didnt work some were leaking and others didnt switch off when being boiled. we are now struggling to get our money back from this lady we need help or assistance to get our refund as she sold us faulty kettles and didnt explain to us the condition of these kettles before taking it.</p>
