Beware of dangerous mechanical shortcuts! Please read the whole review. 24 September 2025, I contacted Hasnain of Raza Motorsport, as my hooter wasn't working. He assured me he could fix it. I left the car with him and in no time he called and advised it was fixed. He said that he replaced a blown fuse in a fuse box another mechanic and I failed to notice. He charged me R800.00 for this and I was satisfied....until Early February 2026, my hooter stopped working again. I figured it may be the fuse again and would attend to it myself, now that I know where the fuse box is. I got around to opening the fuse box and extracted the relevant 10A fuse for the hooter. I inspected the 10A fuse and immediately noticed, in utter horror and fury, that Hasnain took the blown fuse and simply wrapped a few strands of wire around it, not actually having replaced the fuse at all as he told me he did! This subsequently led to the hooter relay burning out, which is going to cost me an additional R232.00 to replace as this relay can only be obtained from Nissan. I was furious and took this up with Hasnain just for him to deny wiring up the fuse, insisting that he replaced the blown fuse with a brand new fuse and insinuated that I'm lying. Noone worked on my car since he replaced the fuse so this is impossible. He eventually said "Customer is always right. I'll sort the refund bro" The refund never happened in spite of him assuring me a few times that he would refund me. How can a mechanic be trusted that would quietly wire up a cheap 10A fuse, which is a potential electrical fire hazard, and hen charge R800 for the job, knowing very well what he did! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I gave Hasnain sufficient time to rectify this matter before posting this review. People, be very wary of Raza Motorsport.
