My ford tracer 1997 1.6 engin overall after heatceize

The owner and mechanic of the named company came to see me at my home after my car broke down and we verbaly agreed to the amount off 5000 to be paid for the repairs and after 3 weeks when i finally could fetch my car i had to pay 4970 extra for work done and replacement of parts. They nevercalled to tell me what needed to be replaced. I did ask for the old parts but the company disposed it already. The car was not in a good order and they came to fetch it again and is still not right. I had to borrow the extra money and i feel that the work was not done because i could not get my old parts and straight answers from the company.
