unprofessional, embarrassing health service

well, though I know it is always a waiting game, I do not approve of unprofessionalism in a clinic, making a 16-year-old teenage girl because she tells them she is not pregnant, just had her period, they insist on seeing private evidence. it was embarrassing not to say unprofessional!!
