Raysprocleaning95 cannot clean properly

I used a company called Raysprocleaning95, suppose to clean carpets, upholstery and mattresses. When they were done with my mattress it was worst off. It used to be cream in colour now it's brown, all because they do not know how to do the job. They do not have the proper cleaning detergents to deep clean, they used vanish soap and a scrubbing brush to "scrub" it, then sprayed it with their machine and sucked out the access water. When they are done you cannot see whether the job was done properly. I told them I will advise when it's dry. Now they refuse to give my money back so that I can get a proper company to do the job. Now my mattress material is hard and rough, like washing when you do not rinse it properly. Beware of the ****mers.
