THE MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I purchased a voucher for Rayshine Slimming haven, 10 laser lipo and FIR sauna sessions. From day 1, the manager of the clinic, Priscilla, has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. She is rude, unfriendly and very arrogant!<br> my first appointment was booked for 11:30 am. Another the******, Phindile, told me that my appointment was actually for 12:30 pm and that Priscilla messed up my booking. So I had to wait 1.5 hours for my session. NOT ONCE did Priscilla apologise. <br> <br> That same day after my first sauna I felt very dizzy so I laid down. She barged into the room, demanded that I get up because she wants to go home, not caring that I was unwell!<br> <br> At my 4th session, I arrived 15 mins late so my time was cut- fair enough. I didn't argue when she told me my time would be cut. All I asked was if it's it's possible to add the 15 minutes to my next session, seeing that my first booking was messed up.She could've just said \no". <br> <br> Instead"
