Horrible Service

I am extremely disappointed. <br> <br> Before purchasing my groupon voucher for laser lipo, I called to find out if I could do more than area on my body in one session. They assured me that they could. A few weeks later I came to purchase my voucher from them, I had my first laser session which was done incorrectly according to the manager. Who further informed that I would have to pay double the amount to get more than one area done and claimed that no one had told me I could do more than one area of my body. <br> <br> I am typing this message now as I sit in a sauna dome after, being told that I cannot do my laser treatment before my sauna session because THEY had double booked me with a male client. <br> The staff members here explained how the laser lipo and sauna treatment work together. I was told that the laser treatment melt the fat stored in your body and then you need to work out within 24 hours so that all the fat may be excreted from your body through sweating. This is where the sauna dome comes in handy because you can skip the workout and sweat through the sauna. So doing it the other way around is not beneficial. This is unprofessional and I have received no apology from anyone
