Sticks in my craw....

<p>My husband was given a gift basket from my children for Christmas...He opened it the day after New Year and the contents was mouldy. I phoned Ray's House of Biltong in Sunridge Park and explained the situation to the lady who answered and I was abruptly told that they would not be prepared to do anything about it. I asked if I could please speak to the manager and this lady advised me that she was the manager...I then asked if I might speak to the owner She (Suzanne) was not in but I was given her cell number. I called Suzanne at 10.48am on 04/01/2017 and left a voice message asking her please to call me as I would like to discuss a Christmas gift basket with her. Well I will not hold my breath as she hasn't returned call yet....I am disappointed as the children are really on hard times and the fact that they have wasted their meagre funds on such a lovely thought sticks in my craw. </p>
