Shocking service and damage to my car

As with the rest of the reviews for this service provider I am shocked that they charge double the price of most car wash establishments and does literally half the job. Left my car there this morning and was told it would take 2 hours. Not great but for the price I expected they were busy and had a good reputation.

On collecting my car more than two hours later, I noticed muddy footprints on my carpets. I took out the carpet to show the manager/assistant and she told me they would do it again. Why not do it right the first time? I shook out my own carpet whilst they were watching and clearly the vacuuming they did, if any was very poor. My screen in the car had been cleaned with some solvent that took off parts of the and reflective coating, basically ruining it. Streak marks on the windows and dirty marks still all around the car. It was not even dried properly. I dont know how they are still in business, oh wait, the charge high prices and do very little, thats how.

I will never take my car there again. And I would not recommend anyone else doing it either. Shocking service. I could have done better with tap water and a clean cloth.
