Rays Useless Car Wash

I have been to Rays Car Wash before and experienced minor issues but this is the nail in the coffin for me.

i took my car in for a wash and was told my wait time for completion would be 1 hour 20 mins and i would be notified when i could come collect, (my car was booked in at 08:45) at 11:40 i decided i would go and see what the hold was to find my vehicle standing in one of the bays "finished".

after doing a visual inspection of the outside of the car i went to ask the management on duty if the full house includes a tyre polish as it had done in previous trips, their response was yes it does. i then told them that my tyres were still filthy and had not been touched. the manager said he was displeased by this as my car had already been vacuumed twice.

upon hearing this i decided to look inside to which i found they had not vacuumed inside properly at all ( this after the car had been vacuumed twice before).

i pulled the car back into one of the open cleaning bays and the manager asked staff to please attend to the car properly, in front of my and his eyes his staff (with massive attitude) half clean the tyres to which he says absolutely nothing, i asked him if he thought this was acceptable and he then asked them to clean it AGAIN...

while the above are just petty issues the real problem i have and why i will never step foot in your business again is your staff stole money out of my ashtray to the value of R50.00 which is completely unacceptable. the biggest issue i have is that your *********** staff decided that they would unclip the seat belt that holds my sons car seat in place and not have the common sense or decency to inform anybody that they had done so, i truly believe that you need to catch a massive wake up with regards to this.

i will be telling every single person i know and meet in the future to steer clear of your business as there are many smaller guys that are willing to do things properly.
