RAY'S CAR WASH A NO GO

I took my car in for a car wash at Ray's Car Wash, Sunridge Village Shopping Centre. When I collected it, I noticed that the windows appeared blurry and "smudged." I showed the manager on duty and his reply to me was, "Don't worry, I'll sort it out for you." Upon collecting it the following day, I noticed that the tint on all of my windows had literally been scratched off, leaving my windows badly damaged, to such an extent that the estimate to rectify the damage done by Ray's Car Wash, as quoted by PG Glass, will cost R3 500. From my very first interaction with the owner, Ray Fincham, he has been rude, aggressive and not interested in paying for the damage that has been done. Despite numerous emails, calls and meetings, we are still nowhere and now I am being forced to take the legal route. A simple R120 car wash has ended up in all of this stress, purely because of the owner's bad attitude towards rectifying a mistake done at his store, by his staff.
