The unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy to me when moving out has been shocking. As a 'reputable' company, it is sad that they treated a tenant like this.

As a tenant, I was an AAA-grade tenant. Rental was paid in full every month before the last day of the month. In addition, every 'issue' (oven/door handle) was brought to their attention for repairs. Upon terminating my lease with them, they were informed 2-months in advance as per the lease agreement. Every lease extension fee was paid in full on time. Upon leaving the unit, it was fully, professionally cleaned. The carpets and curtains were additionally cleaned. They found fault with the manner of the clean, and I obligated and got the apartment fully cleaned once more.

As per the special conditions in the lease agreement, the apartment has to be cleaned once. However, I ensured that all demands were met. I was further requested invoices for the cleaning services I got- this not being specified in the lease nor an obligation of mine to meet.

Despite being constantly cooperative with the agency, their treatment towards me was horrific. I was informed less than 24 hours before a viewing on Saturdays, knowing that I am a working professional working from home on Saturday mornings (which I was still flexible with- please see email thread). I received a rude and unpleasant phone-call from Ashika (employee) the day before the handover to request an earlier time than agreed on and was met with a rude tone when stated that I cannot leave work early to handover earlier than agreed upon. Furthermore, on exit inspection, Michelle and Ashika both treated me with the utmost disrespect. Michelle spoke to me in a degrading tone as if I was not a professional adult myself. The team also arrived 15-minutes late to the inspection.

The previous tenant in mentioned their poor treatment towards him to me and I did not take note RayRen bad-mouthed him too.

It is sad that for an agency, their conduct with a tenant on exit is unprofessional, rude and unpleasant, given that I in particular, have been an easy tenant.
