Worst company ever!!!

I strongly belief this company is a ****. Ordered a parcel nearly 5 months ago, and according to them it has arrived in South Africa, but we still haven't received it. If you email them they just say "check with post-office" but local post office has no knowledge of this parcel. They take days to answer your emails, and when we demand a refund, we just keep getting the same generic answer - "check with post office" I would not recommend doing business with this company at all as they are ******** you out of your money, and you will never receive your goods
