Updating electricity meters debacle

I have just loaded electricity on my prepaid meter and did not receive any update codes. The country has been warned to update their meters by 24 November. I say to Raymond Mhlaba Municipality if you do not provide the codes immediately and I am unable to load electricity to continue my business, you will be hearing from my lawyers.
