Beware of Guys (Raymond Heine) selling Micro Charming Teacup Pomeranian Puppies

The ****** advertised puppies on online Classifieds. On contacting him, he made all sorts of promises as the puppies were supposed to be delivered to BW. After making payment of R6699 for 2x puppies (incl delivery), next morning we get a call that another R9000 is required as security by the air taxi and it will be refunded. On further probing we asked why this was not told earlier when the payment was made, there came a simple answer that we did not know as we don't deliver outside of SA. We then asked them to deliver to Gauteng or we can arrange our own courier, the guy refused to entertain and came with all sorts of excuses. At the end of the day, R6699 gone & still no puppies. Please stay away from these ****s!!
