FALSE MARKETING !!

Bought a Raylite Battery two weeks back from Battery Centre - Stanger I was given a Scratch card by Mr Arshaad - Branch Manager followed all instructions to claim my reward - went back and forward from Manager to Rep Avesh - was told that the Marketing agent had made a mistake with the last for digits of the Dial code - many phone calls later spoke to Ryan at ********** 2600 - he asked me to try again , there was a problem , its now working . I tried again only to find " error at WASP.E105 - tried again for Ryan .... not available
