I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Clifford Yabanga (Rayford Projects aka Rayford Gates) whom I had hired to install an inverter at my home. Unfortunately, Clifford Yabanga failed to meet even the most basic expectations and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the entire process.

The main reason I had hired Clifford Yabanga was to install an inverter. To my astonishment, the new inverter installed not only failed to solve the issue but also created additional problems. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate the ongoing problems, Clifford Yabanga displayed a lack of concern and failed to take any corrective actions.

Seeing that the Inverter was not attended to, I asked Clifford Yabanga for a certificate of compliance so I can insure the work, however I was met with outright refusal. A certificate of compliance is a vital document that provides proof that the electrical work was conducted according to safety regulations. By denying me this important document, the electrician showed a complete disregard for professional standards and customer satisfaction.

Communication was another major issue throughout the entire process. The Clifford Yabanga was frequently unresponsive and often failed to show up on time for scheduled appointments, leaving me waiting and causing unnecessary inconvenience. It was clear that my time and concerns were not valued by this electrician.

Lastly, the overall workmanship of this electrician was subpar. There were visible signs of shoddy work, such as exposed wiring and poorly secured connections. These sloppy installations not only compromised the safety of my home but also made me question the electrician's level of expertise and professionalism.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this electrician to anyone seeking reliable and competent electrical services. Their refusal to provide a certificate of compliance, inability to fix a faulty inverter, lack of communication, and substandard workmanship are all clear indications of their unprofessional conduct.
