WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a tube from Raybro, paid for it, its delivery and was told it would arrive three days later. I expressed several times just how urgent this was as I needed to have a painting sent overseas.

The delivery date came and went without a word from Raybro. I tried emailing them several times with no response. Phoned over 50 times (not exaggerating) and as a result, had the sale fall through, costing me just over R30k.

Then, more than two weeks later, after trying to contact several people at Raybro and getting NO response, my tube arrives without the proper lids. So now because of Raybro's abysmal customer service I've paid for something I don't need and lost a sale because of them. (Thanks, guys!)
