Slow service on repairing the car

My car was towed to thei bodyshop on the 28 March 2025. On the 7 April that when I was told my 1st for Women insurance approved my claim for the car to be repaired. I asked when approximately how long will it take to repair the vehicle. They responded on the 10 April that no repairs has commenced because they have ordered parts from VW and don't know the other place and this takes up plus minus 21 days. On the 14 April I made a follow up and I was told that the other parts that do not come from VW are not yet delivered and the vehicle is still not being repaired. I feel like Ray Gieses is too relaxed on making follow up on such parts. VW is in South Africa, why now it takes so long to get parts with South Africa as if they are coming from overseas. This is really giving me sleepless nights that I will not have a courtesy car by the 28 April and it is already the 17 April with no progress on fixing the vehicle. Also I will need to pop up money from my own pocket to extend car hire.
