Quality a huge disappointment

Bought a pair of carbon fiber ray-bans about 2-3 years ago. Ray-ban raved about their weight and durability. Paid over 3k for them. I bought an expensive pair as Ray-ban brags about their quality so thought these glasses would last a very long time. After purchasing these glasses, about 9 months later, i discovered that there was a little crack in the lens where the ***** attaches the lens to the frame. Took into an approved optometrist which contacted Ray-ban and was advised that they don't have the same colour lenses for replacement. I decided to leave it as thought the crack is not in front of my eye sight and to give Ray-ban the benefit of the doubt. Now i have noticed that the frame has cracked too!! How does a carbon fiber frame crack?? I looked after my glasses like gold and are kept in a box when unworn. Please will Ray-ban look into this as this was not a cheap pair of glasses and surely they should be of quality to last a longer life period? I thought that buying Ray-bans would mean not having issues with quality? Please let me know if i should provide you with the serial number or pictures.
