Not Happy

On Thursday the 09th August 2018 we went to Ray Ban Store in Canal Walk. We had a lady that help us as we had two pairs of Ray Bans that needed to be repaired. She had told us that they do not do it in the store but gave us a busy card of Sunglass Hut as they are able to help us. However today I mailed Sunglass Hut and they in returned mailed me back with documents I needed to fill in and send through pictures of the sunglasses. Shuiab was the gentlemen I spoke to and he said asked me where I purchased the sunglasses. I told him that is was gifts that I had received. He then in return told me that he cannot help me as they only help customers who had purchased at Sunglass Hut.

What is disturbing is that we where referred by the lady at Ray Ban Store and she reassured us that we will be help. Ray-Ban sent us there as they are contract specialist that has mandate to repair Ray-Ban products
