No interest in replacing Nose Pads causing allergy
I bought an expensive pair of spectacles fitted on a Ray Ban Frame. First the frame was replaced because its paint started peeling within months of the purchase. Then I started developing serious lesions on the bridge of my nose as my skin reacted to the nose pads made from soft silicone or plastic. I have been back to execuspecs for assistance and neither they or any other optician are able to assist as the nose pads on this frame need a special tool which no-one seems to have.
Secondly, Execuspecs informs me that Ray Ban says they don't manufacture any other nose pads other than the ones fitted to my frame. Which I find difficult to believe. There is also a reluctance to assist as they have replaced my frame before due to paint peeling.
I have had to revert back to an old broken set of glasses and have not had any further assistance to resolve my situation.
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback and for supporting the brand.
Without some more information on which frame you have, it is difficult for us to offer any advice regarding the nose pads. Nose Pads are rather standard across the majority of our models but we would prefer to see which model you have prior to giving you some feedback.
Please expect an email from a customer service representative,
Kind Regards
