They do not pay back deposit

We have been struggling to get our deposit back from Rawson Waterkloof. We have been dealing with Carol the agent, and she has been giving us the runaround for weeks. And because she cant find a new tenant she is refusing to refund our deposit. We now have to take this matter further just so we can get our deposit back. Save yourself the headache.
