Gross unprofessionalism with my rental property

Gross Professional Misconduct of a rental agent

After having my account well managed for nearly 2 year with Rawson Properties without any issues, I started having issues with receiving my rental income timeously in the past four months. This is due to the gross unprofessionalism displayed by the new agent I was given. Not only does she not respond to email correspondence, she doesn't communicate important information on time. Two events that has led me to move my account from Rawson Properties to another rental agent outside of the above what when the previous tenant reached out to me directly on Social Media complaining about not having received her deposit. The last straw was when my recent tenant, left without paying her rental income and took the apartment keys with. I was only informed after constant follow-up. I find her behaviour extremely unacceptable, especially as I am the one paying the Rawson.
