Appalling service. Don't use Rawson.

Absolute worst experience as a first time home buyer. Dealt with the branch principal and am totally disgusted with the level of service.

As a first time home buyer I would never recommend Rawson Phoenix or Rawson in general.

I purchased a property in December and the transfer was completed in March however the issues which were supposed to be addressed on the property before the seller got paid the funds are still outstanding.

Not to mention a shady electrician came through and provided a Coc when the house electrical system wasn't made compliant as per the S A Labour law.

Still waiting for the head office rep to contact me as well
