Stay away far far away

What a joke of a company. Never ever would i recommend nor do any type of business with them. It’s been 20 days and no deposit paid back. Have a case reported at the Housing Tribunal. No customer service at all. Send an email and up to date no reply. They are quick to advertise the amazing service. They lie and cheat. Stating damages and then when you show them the facts they don’t rectify it. No sorry we made a mistake. Useless beyond. I am contacting my Lawyer to take this further and they will pay for the costs. And as i read through the complaints only the 5 star ones get a reply. Just shows you. I hope that no one else will be caught like we did. Stay away far far away.
