Awful Customer Experience

This should have been a stress free period and save since im renting my property out. Awful first time experience, I wouldn't refer anyone to be assisted or advised by these people. *no monthly statements *late payments *disgraceful customer service I am yet to receive payment from them and they lack communication skills in making sure that as their clients are at ease etc. Frankly, I'm very very much disappointed. So my communique with them I was assured that my funds will be available today.
