Rawson poor professional business

Im renting from Rawson Agency .They normally sent me a Water and Electricity bill and a Rent bill. and I then I paid it. In May I received a pink letter from the municipality to say Bill is behind. I post it on the group and ask what was going on.They found out they made a mistake. (The agents) I ask them to sent me all the municipal bills so I can Recon it So on the 18th May we see what the problem is and I **** an arrangement to make two payments. 22 ND was the first payment. Now Rawson took 80 present of all my money that I buy prepaid water and Electricity. They also want me to pay a Municipal account that is not mine. I moved in 2nd August and that reading was 1 st and 4August..The also send me now breach of Lease..If they booking was up to date this would not have happen
