Unable to get a rental deposit from Rawson Kalahari Upington

I moved out of a Rawson Kalahari Upington apartment on 25 August 2021 and I am still waiting for my deposit refund. I call their offices daily and each day I am told the money will be deposited that same day.I have also sent several emails. A tenant would never move into a property without the necessary deposit being paid? Why is it so difficult for estate agents to refund tenants their deposit money? Is there something going on in the estate agency industry that potential clients should know about? All I want is my money.
