FORMAL NOTICE REGARDING UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS, FUNGAL GROWTH, HEALTH IMPACT

I am writing this review regarding the poor service and lack of concern I experienced from Rawson Properties Florida office and their agent Kelvin. I reported issues at the property involving fungal growth and unhealthy room conditions. The response was not handled with the seriousness it required. The only action taken was painting the affected wall and treating the inside of a cupboard, but the underlying problem was not properly resolved or followed up. My family and I started experiencing flu-like symptoms, including coughing and blocked noses. The bedroom affected by these conditions is also the coldest room in the house. The situation became more serious when my child was admitted to hospital and diagnosed with pneumonia. Despite being informed about the health impact on my child and my family, I received no proper response, no concern, no follow-up, and no accountability from Rawson Properties or the agent involved. Instead of addressing the living conditions and the possible health risk, I was later informed that the lease would not be renewed when it ends at the end of July. Tenants trust property agencies to manage homes that are safe and suitable for families. Health concerns, especially involving children, require urgent attention and compassion. I am disappointed by the lack of communication, responsibility, and care shown during this situation. I believe this matter requires attention because tenants deserve to be heard when their health and safety are affected.
