RAWSON / AGENTS SUCK

We recently had Agents from Rawson renting our garden flat. One would think they know the do's and dont's when renting. When they moved in it was spotless, cannot say the same when they moved out. A wall was damaged and we were told it was due to damp. We have had previous tenants and there was never a problem. Do they think we are stupid or what. They will call you the "Landlord" a **** to your face. You are lucky if you get your rental before the 10th of the month. Will we ever use Rawson, NO. Will we ever recommend Rawson, most DEFINITELY NOT. They are lucky I gave them one star. If I could have, I would have given them nothing.
