Horrible blatant remarks by Rowcor property agent Queen Mahwai

I was helped via email by Queen Mahwai where I requested whether a certain price per day for a property will be acceptable, to which she rep****: "Not sure if I should laugh or cry at your request...not possible please check air b&b". Is she mocking me or what. I have never heard of such and outcry because one only request for a property. What is wrong with this person. I responded to her as follows: "I do not appreciate your comments as stated in your email. What do you mean with the statement "laugh or cry"? It sounds sarcastic to me and I am of the opinion that it is highly inappropriate. Do you always talk this way with your potential customers? If so, you should get a serious reprimand, because I am not your friend but merely a renter that requested information and expecting a proper professional answer. I will definitely take this up with whomever is in charge of your kind of company as I view it as a disregard of my dignity and my worth as a potential customer. Please refrain from using sarcasm in your correspondence due to the blatant and rude nature of it and deliver good customer service, as I am worthy of it." I hope it makes sense how I feel about these blatant remarks. Please address this with her and whomever she works for as it is highly undiplomatic and unprofessional. Thank you. Neels
