Poor quality goods and poor customer relations

I bought 55 400×400 cement pavers from Raw Stone to pave a sidewalk next to my house. I laid the pavers on a bedding of compacted building sand. Everything was perfectly level. When I stepped on the pavers some of them cracked instantly. I replaced the cracked ones with others. More of them started cracking during the week. I took the cracked ones back to Raw Stone and requested them to replace the pavers but the owner refused. He also refused to even grant a discount. I wouldn't suggest supporting them.
