Never again

I have given this company so many chances, and I regret it every time (except once.... yes only once!) .... I ordered veges, and when it arrived the 1kg chopped butternut was missing. I contacted them immediately and told them. I was asked if they could deliver the following day. I agreed. The next morning I sent a message to confirm if my delivery would arrive today. I am still waiting for an answer, just like I am still waiting for my delivery!!!
