BAD PRODUCT. TERRIBLE SERVICE
Brand new leather shoes gets sold with loose soles. The glue pulls loose on both leather shoes and sandals. Takes 3 weeks to get a repair & then the leather inners are replaced with fabric sponge. The owner Ellen is rude, unfriendly & dischonest. Think twice before you buy shoes at this shop. Not quite the "bang for your buck". Just to be on the safe side, stay clear of the Jeffreysbay branch also. This store also belongs to Ellen.

Wow!!! What a horrible person Ellen is.
No business etiquette. I bought and she could not repair in its original state.
There is 1 young staff member that needs to be praised for her service. The other staff however is also clearly not trained well enough to deal with customers, based on the telephone conversation I heard.
I am taking this complaint to CGSO.

No business etiquette. I bought and she could not repair in its original state.
