As soon as that arrives, they immediately ship massive, unordered secondary packages of chemical drums that you never requested. They then claim this was part of a contract and demand thousands of Rands.

When you try to return the unopened products, they refuse to give you a real physical address or accept couriers. Instead, they hand you over to an aggressive "legal department" that harasses your staff daily with **** legal threats.
