RCS Driver damaged my car and then **** under oath and now their insurance wont compensate me. Totally ********* business and staff

The driver of RCS recklessly cut me off and then proceeded to roll into me causing damage. He apologized and took the vehicle details and said I would liaise with RCS. The one director whatsapped me to apologised and the next day insurance broker contacted me for details. The driver in the meantime filed an affidavit denying the incident and therefore committing perjury. The directors refuse to respond to me and now ten insurance has refuted my claim leaving me with a R 20k repair. This is all due to a blatant lie. I am pressing charges against this company and the driver, but want to warn the public that it is a completely ********* company - if they employ staff who lie under oath do you really want to use a business like this. STAY AWAY
