Raw Breed Republic is a ****

We bought a purple Adidas jacket of his Instagram thrift shopping page. He advertised it with a working zip in the photo and in the description he said it was in 10/10 condition. The jacket arrived and we saw it was faded in colour and the zip was broken and missing which was not disclosed in his ad. We payed R500 incl delivery for something that was falsely advertised. When we messaged him he said that we must go get the zip fixed and that there are no refunds or exchanges. He also changed his description in his Instagram account to "All sales are final" after we queried the quality of the product he sold to us. Eventually, he said we could get something else off of his Instagram page and send the purple jacket back. We chose to get a light blue Nike jacket from him in exchange. He wanted us to send the jacket back before he would send our replacement Nike jacket. Eventually, both parties agreed that we would send the purple Adidas jacket back to him upon receipt of the new blue Nike jacket. When he sent out our new replacement jacket, he called us every 30 minutes to harass us and question us about when we were going to send his jacket back even though we told him over and over again that our dad would send take it to the post office after work even though we have hadn't received the new jacket and we both agreed that we would only send the purple Adidas jacket back when we received the new one as we didn't feel we could trust him. He called us again and said that we were lying about sending the jacket back even though we had done nothing sketchy and he was the one that had falsely advertised a product and was being very difficult about exchanging it or refunding us. He swore at us, told us he would cancel the delivery of the blue Nike jacket, hung up the phone and blocked our number. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. I've never seen anything like it. A day later, he called my boyfriend saying that he knows where he lives and that he's gonna do things "quietly" and send people and the police and lawyers to his house. He is threatening us and harassing us. All we wanted was to either get our money back or exchange the product for something else. What he is doing is extremely sketchy and quite frankly, unbelievable. He **** about a product he sold to us and is trying to keep our money even though he falsely advertised it and on top of that he is threatening us. I am honestly at a loss for words, this company is a **** and they treat their customers terribly.
