Unreliable an rude to customers

<p><br />On 13 December 2016 I went to Ravi's to buy Disc brakes for my car, the place was full of Cigarettes smoke in such a way that some customers complained. I met two Muslim guys who run the Centre in Ixopo. They told me they don't have stock but they can order it for me. I told them I needed it that weekend they told me I will definitely get it Monday they asked me to pay a deposit I gave them R300. They took my two contact numbers. They promised to call me Monday 19th latest Tuesday 20th. I never received no call I waited without a car. I decided to go back 23 December 2016. I met a lady who works by the Centre who told me there shop was closed till 1pm. I waited till 1:30pm am still it was closed. Because I need to go on Holiday I decided to go get the parts else where. On 7 January 2017. I was in Ixopo, I search for their contacts and I told them I was not happy with their service an I needed my deposit. They first refused then they said I must come collect it. When I get they told me the called me more than ten times but my phone was not working. I ask for proof they couldn't show me. Then they started telling me that I can't tell them how to run their business. ****** words were coming up left right and Centre. I apologize and told them that I wasn't fighting I need my money back since the couldn't deliver their promise. I tried to get my call list from my network to get proof. When I ask which number did they use to call me. They didn't want to give me that information. Then 1 guy said he will go to Fnb an get his call printout as proof that he called me from his business call. The other one admitted that they never called but insisted pay the balance an we take the Dics. When Ravi use to run the spares himself customers were respected.</p>
