They are not refunding me and also stated in their email to me that they tried contacting me numerous times - no phone calls, smses recieved from them and also no missed calls.<br> <br> Will not recommend them to any friends or family.<br> <br> Just thought I would add the comment of how rude : Afrikaans lady Cheney was very rude in her mails to me - me being the customer should me treated with respect. The customer is always right , I would know since i work in the customer service industry.<br> <br> Although they are not paying me back is all good and well, the the customer service is really not good.
