Bad Customer service

I ordered a 13 week program from this place as their website looked very promising - I recieved it and had to download it myslef and then pay R300.00 for a piece of paper - I emailed Cheney at Raven bodies twice yesterday and no response - I asked for a refund as i believe this diet will not work for me and I simply cannot afford the food.<br> <br> She is not responding to mails at all - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.<br> <br> Still no feedback from them and i desprately need a refund.<br> <br> Thanks.
