So ****ed!!

My fiance went to Ravats in the Vaal Mall to make me a name bracelet for Christmas. They Said it will take a week to make. We went to pick it up on Friday 18/12/15 and they spelled his name incorrect on the bracelet and it wasn't the size he asked for. He then explained to them what he wants and every thing and he told them that it is a Christmas present for his fiance. They told them it will be ready before then. He went today to collect the bracelet and again it wasn't what he asked for. It was much smaller. They told him that they only can fix it in January when they open. <br> This is bad service. They just expect you to except their mistakes.<br> In my life i will never buy anything from them again!!
