Could've been better.

My fiancé got me a beautiful ring at ravats, two days after he proposed to me the stone fell out, we immediately went there and of course he was upset because I was devastated having lost it. The staff comp**** well, but were a little rude blaming the workshop instead of taking responsibility for I bought it from them not the workshop. They did end up helping me replace it which I am very thankful for, but when I went to pick it up one of the staff members were very rude to me as if I inconvenienced them for their mistake. The stone was also a different yellow from what it originally was but still beautiful nonetheless. I am happy with my ring but felt that they could've handled the situation better.
