Be very careful to use Rautenbach and Associates to do your debt collecting. The advertise to do it on a basis of "we only take 20% fee of whet we collect", yet you have to pay a fee before they start. Then the trouble starts. Werner Rautenbach is extremely rude and wants to take arbitration procedures against you. He has no decency dealing with his customers. The rudest person I have ever came across.
