Adverd misleading

I booked at this lodge from the 27-2Jan 2018. I stayed for only 2days and left on the 29, couldnt take it any more. The conditions are appalling what is advertised is not whats on the lodge. I had to cut the trip short bcoz the toilets were not working so the guy who claims to be the care taker with tattoos all over his body said he knows nothing about plumbing and cannot do anything about it. The second day i told him i wanted my refund because what was advertised is not whats on the lodge and the hygiene is not good for my kids with unserviced toilet. The website stipulates that there are slides , jumping castle, tv in rooms, coffee shop on the site and tuck shop and the only thing they had was 1splash pool and another small one indoors. When i confronted the guy he said the slides just got brocken and as for my refund i must forget about it. The mattresses were torn and there was no working surface in the kitchen. Q During the day before we left i took a walk with the kids only to find that the lodge with all those amenities and activities is a different private lodge . when we asked if we could buy they told us its only for special residents. Im completely disappointed by the whole ordeal and wouldn't advise anyone to book at this lodge.
