Was buying a low cost house a mistake

<div>&nbsp; #win&nbsp; Bought a bond house at Lufhereng I feel like that is the worse mistake I did because of everything going wrong from first month, leaking geyser, bathroom and rats in the house drain blockage, windows put dust and many more. As if that was not enought we have water bill that we must pay they never told that from first day that when they start building our houses we are the ones who must pay that bill</div>
