Maintenance

I’ve been complaining about a banging noise on the roof for weeks finally yesterday they say maintenance is on holiday and will attend to this next year but is supposedly available for “emergencies” . The noise keeps me up and night and wakes me at odd hours of the morning, it’s affecting me at work
